Account Termination

We may terminate your access to Wherever You Are due to inappropriate behaviour, spam, and misuse of our site, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Notification of Service Change

The company reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations and other international privacy laws, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis and ensure you understand all site policies.

Refund Policy

Based on the terms and conditions of our payment provider, Mollie B.V., we are legally obligated to allow for refund requests for your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase order.

Before issuing a refund request through Mollie, we request that you contact us for assistance if you experience any issues with your post, account, or transaction. We guarantee a response within 24 hours and will address your concerns immediately upon confirmation of your issue. All requests or concerns should be sent to [email protected]

Should there be an issue with your post, you will not be charged for the time it takes us to resolve the issue. Your post will remain active for the full amount of days for which you paid. A refund will be issued only if the problem you are experiencing is a direct result of our technology, and is not fixable within a 3-day period.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons relating to number of applications received through our services. By purchasing a post on our site, you are acknowledging responsibility and liability for the performance of your job post and agree to the terms for refund as stated above.

Refund Process

If a refund request is valid, you may request the refund through our payment system, Mollie.

Mollie always process refunds on the next working day. A Credit Card refund process takes longer than other payment methods, as the transaction needs to be processed via all related Credit Card systems. The refund will be credited to your consumer's Credit Card within 14 days. Please note, the refund won't be credited to your bank account, instead it will be refunded to your Card Card and appear as a refund transaction on your next Credit Card statement.

For most other payment methods, your account will be credited that same day. However, this may vary depending on the country of your bank.
